         Loic Laffargue and Ronan Le Bihan started Loic Patisserie in August 2007. Ronan was born while Loic was 14 years old, age when he entered the culinary school.

         20 years later, while Ronan just graduate from a master degree in electronic, his passion is to design website while loic’s passion is to design beautiful pastries.
We decided to do something together said chef Loic, to stay in touch and be closer to each other, but also to make our common mom proud.

         Actually, Loic is participating in the finale of the pastry chef of the year 2008, and he will be competing in Las Vegas on July 14th.

         It’s actually really funny to work with your own brother and doing 2 different things. This is something that works very well for us actually, we both master something really different and we are able to combine it into a potential successful business.
